Orders and Payment

By placing an order you enter into an Agreement with us. No Agreement is created until your order and accompanying payment have been accepted and processed by us and we have confirmed this to you.

Once we have confirmed your order, you are bound by the order unless we subsequently inform you that the product is not in stock.

Payment must be made in full at the time of your order.  We accept payment via PayPal and provide a Secure Shopping Guarantee, to keep all of your order, payment and delivery information secure.

Delivery

Delivery charges quoted on this website are for UK mainland only and do not include the highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland, and will be applied at the time of purchase, unless indicated as ‘Free Delivery’.

Your order will normally be despatched within 7 working days of receipt of payment, however there may occasionally be delays owing to periods of high demand, or if a product is out of stock.  In this case, delivery could take up to 28 days, or a full refund will be provided.

You must return the goods to us in their original packaging at your expense.  Goods that have been opened, used or misused may not be returned.  Upon receipt by us, we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price to the card from which payment was made by you.

Please ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods, otherwise we may not be able to accept their return.
